This year, we’re partnering with our Platinum sponsor Airbnb to present #UXRConf.

The Airbnb team are great supporters of the research community and share our vision of a world where UX research is essential. They’re home to a growing team of researchers and research leaders.

About the conference.

#UXRConf takes place in downtown Toronto, Canada. We bring together researchers, designers and product people for listening, learning, and conversation about UX research.

Day one tracks

Tailored to where you are today in your journey as a researcher — whether you’re just starting out, leading a team, or a research team of one designer who does research, we’ll have something just right for you. These will be hosted at various venues throughout the city.

The big event

A full day conference featuring talks from the best and brightest in UXR today, bringing new ideas from the forefront of the industry. This will be hosted at Roy Thomson Hall.

Our program.

As researchers, we were naturally curious to hear your feedback after last year’s conference. And we heard it loud and clear: a call for more content dedicated to specific points in your journey in UX research.

That’s why this year we’re holding a two-day conference.

On June 6, we have our day one tracks: tailored sets of talks with something for everyone — whether you’re just starting out, deepening your expertise, leading a team or doing research as a designer. We also have our full-day Research Ops workshop, for those who are building a research practice from the ground up.

On June 7, we have a full day of talks, featuring best in class speakers talking about groundbreaking new ideas and timely issues in UXR.

When you purchase your ticket, you can opt to come for either both days or just one. Tracks have a limited number of spaces available.

Main stage only: $499+HST

Main stage + tracks: $698+HST

Main stage + workshop: $998+HST

Tracks.

This year, we’ve added an additional day of talks held on June 6.

These talks will have limited space to create an intimate environment for conversation and connection at different venues across downtown Toronto.
